  • Technical data: data your browser transmits when requesting pages, such as IP address, requested URL, timestamp, referrer and user agent.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process contact form data to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Technical data is processed to operate and secure the website on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Cookies and analytics

This website does not set marketing or tracking cookies and does not use third-party analytics services. Only technically necessary storage required to render the site is used.

5. Recipients and third parties

Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may transmit your IP address to Google. No other third-party services receive personal data from this website. Hosting providers and IT service providers act as processors under Art. 28 GDPR.

6. Retention

Enquiry data is deleted once the enquiry has been finally processed, unless statutory retention obligations under commercial or tax law require longer storage.

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — for our head office, the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA).
